All Orders amount below $80 will be sent by SingPost Normal Mail (no tracking no. and untracable. Risk of lost mail at buyer's account)

Suggest all buyers to Top Up $2.50 for Registered Mail (with tracking no. given by SingPost)

1) Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled. A 20% processing fee will be charged if for some valid reason, we allow an order to be cancelled before we post out the order.  If an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, we will refund the full amount paid.

2) We does not provide any refund, but we will gladly replace any item that is faulty or if we shipped you a wrong item. In cases of return of a faulty item, it must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation within 3 days from date of receipt.

If something is not right, please inform us within 2 days after your receipt of item. Email us by quoting your order number, your name, contact no. and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement. Please do not return goods without first informing us. 

Buyer must send out the defect item for exchange within 3 days. Regret that we'll not accept exchange thereafter. We'll send out the replacement item within 3 working days from receipt of returned item from buyer.

Any defect item must be exchanged to same item. Exchange to other item only can be done in case the specific item/ size is out of stock.

Should the product need to be returned, the customer will bear the return delivery charge to and we will pay the delivery charge to send the item back to the customer. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a registered mail or delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Goods returned should be in the same condition as when the complaint was first made or it will not be accepted for return.

3) Buyer are responsible to enter correct delivery information to avoid any lost package or delay in delivery. In case you found that wrong delivery details after your payment. Please immediately (within 24hours or before seller send out your order) send us email with clearly specific your order no., your contact details and the change delivery informations. Any returned/ undelivered package due to wrong delivery address, additional postage/delivery fee to be charged accordingly.

4) Buyer may place order for 'Pre-Order'products. Usually stock will be available from 1 - 2  weeks from your order date (subject for confirmation). For more details on the stock availability date, please drop us an email with product code and size. We'll reply you at soonest possible.
